Aircel free 3G internet trick

Hi Iam from west bengal.Here aircel does not connect at zero bal but from 2 to 3 days it is connecting at 0 bal.
when i try to open any page it opens only this site http://172.18.126.168/srt/d/aircel/PI/Info.Menu?msisdn=91xxxxxxxxxx here
xxx is the mob no which u have connected and actually it's the official www.pocketinternet.in site it is free in 0 bal but when u have balance it starts deducting bal.
i hav also tried it as a hp and tried some web proxy to use it as a rip
trick but i does not work. i have also tried pd proxy and scan port it found 9201 and 9200 as open port \
it sometimes conects too but it does not recieve a single bit of data. so it for the info only and ha if someone will able to make trick of it then it will be very
useful for us as at present time only airtel tricks works with the problems limited data, sim blocking, speed capping and many more so guys please work ont it and try to find out some trick from it.
